Our promise

Don't pass? Show us your attempt and we'll extend your access to your next test date plus 30 days, free.

One extension per failed attempt, on your own account. Send a score-report screenshot with personal IDs covered. We delete it after checking. We extend access, not results. No pass outcome is guaranteed.

How it works

  1. Take your exam while your access is active, or within 14 days after it ends.
  2. Didn't pass? Within 60 days, open the claim page in the app.
  3. Tell us your next test date and add a screenshot of your score report. Black out your ID numbers first: the page lets you do it before anything is sent.
  4. A person checks it within 2 business days. We delete the screenshot as soon as we decide, and always within 7 days.
  5. Your access for that exam runs until 30 days after your next test date.

What it is not

It is not a pass guarantee and not a refund. We extend access, not results. No study product can promise a result, and we don't.
